🌸 INGREDIENTS:
Fresh salmon fillet (skinless is best)
Lemon
Dill weed
Salt
Pepper
Parchment paper ( or aluminum foil )
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 20 mins
Place a salmon fillet over sliced lemon on parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt n pepper, lemon juice or white wine, top with dill weed n lemon slices, wrap in the parchment, and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
